The importance of using our ears

!±8± The importance of using our ears

Learn to play by ear is really crucial for all the pianists and musicians.

Music is an art hearing.

Unfortunately, our training tells us that we need to read well, so the emphasis is on learning to read, even when learning to play the piano. Consequently, piano lessons typically depend heavily on sight reading. When the pianist plays note for note by a grading sheet is actually playing the music that is written on the sheet. The attention is focused on the visual and abstainedthat the formation of the ears to hear sounds.

For a long time, I thought, to play the piano you need to read music. In fact the opposite is the case.

Many people believe that they do not play by ear, knowing the first time I play. This is simply untrue. Think for a moment. You have learned to read before you speak your first word?

The truth is that we talked for a few years before we learned to read. The logic is clear. But when it comes to music, do not follow this logic. Aretaught to read music before making our first song. We are not encouraged to use our ears to play the songs we hear.

So if we had a rare individual who can come to play by ear, we say that this person has talent or musical talent. Let's say you are born with this gift, so it can not be learned. As a result, many people do not have the art of playing by Venture EAR.

We must reverse this trend and promote traditional music lovers to learn to play by ear, and use theirEars for the music they play and feel. In this way, the ears are not closed. It 'amazing how our ears have become deaf, if the concentration is so strong the visual aspect of music reading, and then play the notes on the piano. The visual aspect takes precedence, while the ears are placed in the background.

So, learn to use their ears to listen to music.

This is the correct order.
